Bronx resident Nahyime Goldson, 23, was found guilty in Westchester County Court of second-degree burglary and third-degree stalking following a trial.
Goldson, 23, was in a Mount Vernon home at approximately 9 a.m. in August last year, working as a cable television installer. While he was there, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. said that he “subjected a 19-year-old woman to unwanted sexual advances, placing her in fear that a sex crime may be committed against her.”
When asked to leave, Goldson refused and stayed unlawfully in the home.
Goldson was arrested on Aug. 5 last year. He was remanded to the Westchester County Jail and is scheduled to be sentenced on July 30.
